By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to our policies.
All sales are final. As a small business and due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces— returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted. Please make sure to read item descriptions and contact us with any questions regarding a specific item before placing an order.
Our vintage pieces may have small imperfections on par with their age and vintage nature. We note any obvious flaws in the item description. Be assured your items are in overall wearable condition and we encourage you to embrace any natural signs of wear.
Orders ship in 2-3 business days in sustainable packaging with tracking. Please reach out if you need your order rushed to discuss timeline and upgraded shipping charges.
Please ensure all shipping information is correct— we are not liable for misdelivered packages. We will ship to the exact address provided by the customer. We are unable to refund shipping charges due to an undeliverable package and the customer will be responsible for any further shipping charges if the item is requested to be shipped again.
Palisaint Vintage is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Once your package is in the hands of USPS any issues and claims will need to be taken up with USPS.
